Gates 1.1.2 and Below Disabled

Alpha-Fox has clarified the previous message, stating that all gates on version 1.1.3 are still active. Access has now been disabled for gates below version 1.1.3. Users with older gates are advised to obtain the update from the provided link, where the update function remains fully operational for a seamless upgrade.

Discontinuing Support for Stargates 1.1.2 and Below

Alpha-Fox will be discontinuing support for Stargates version 1.1.2 and below in 48 hours. After this period, any Stargate not updated to version 1.1.3 will stop functioning and cannot be updated. Users are encouraged to visit the provided link to get the latest update and notify friends with outdated gates to upgrade as well.

A preliminary Terms of Service (ToS) for Alpha-Fox services and the Alteran Stargate Network. It mentions that updates to the ToS will be made in the coming days with more defining terms. Staff members are encouraged to check for updates, which will be posted in the news as they occur.

Subnova Network Outage 20081030 [RESOLVED]

There was an extended power outage at Subnova Core, causing all services to be down for about an hour while systems were recovered remotely. Subnova Core lacks an emergency power generator, making it vulnerable to outages longer than 20 minutes. All systems are back online, but users of crazyLabs Teleporter systems will need to manually reset scripts due to a change in response codes causing crashes when the backend server is unavailable.
