Random Database Purges

Greetings,

So, it appears that something has been going on with SL's HTTP proxy engine that was stripping query data from posts being sent to external webservers. This was causing the region information for a stargate to be removed from the ping to the ASN's servers. What happened then was that the network assumed the gate had moved and would just force a full reset of that gate... this was the source of the "purge" effect. I have just made a change to the server that will, instead, just cause the gate to update as much as it can. This will allow a far more graceful recovery from corrupted data when SL has another one of these issues.

Sorry that everyone has to re-setup all their gate data one more time. This should be the last unexpected purge, at least.
